Will entered the real estate profession in 1999, establishing the CoHo Team and building a successful business fueled by his commitment to clients and community. For over 20 years, Will has provided thoughtful guidance to buyers and sellers, advising them to make decisions that align with their life goals, whether that means moving forward with a purchase or deciding the time isn't right.

After a decade building his business in Seattle, Will returned to his hometown of Boise in 2009 to focus on homes in the neighborhoods he knows best - the North End, the Foothills, and investment properties close to downtown Boise.

Outside of real estate, Will enjoys coaching youth runners, playing soccer with senior players, and getting up in the mountains as often as possible. He and his wife Daphne brought two wonderful children through Boise schools and prepared them for college and beyond.
