For over two decades the CoHo Team has generously supported Solid Ground and our mission to solve poverty. The CoHo Team has consistently provided direct program support to provide basic needs and help those who are most vulnerable in our community. Furthermore, the CoHo Team has supported Solid Ground's important community conversations/social justice salons, as well as larger events that bring together community members to support Solid Ground's work. This year, the CoHo Team will be a co-presenting sponsor of our 50th anniversary celebration.

The CoHo team of Windermere agents have been amazing community partners to DESC. Over many years, these dedicated neighbors have come together to generously provide important resources and volunteer support. During the holidays each year, they have helped brighten the season for DESC clients and residents by donating and assembling holiday gifts. Our programs always share how much of a difference receiving a gift and being thought of by our community makes during that time of year!
This past December, the CoHo team brought together members of our community to help us open our newest housing location, Burbridge Place. They generously provided essential supplies needed for a fresh start from homelessness and volunteered their time to set up the apartments and make them feel more like homes. We are incredibly grateful for all that the CoHo team has done and will continue to do to make the work and progress of DESC possible.
