Tonya joined the CoHo Team in 2003, diligently advocating for clients ever since. Satisfying her passion for community service, CoHo enables her to fund impactful nonprofits. Her background as an educator helps inform buyers and sellers on all aspects of real estate transactions with care and expertise. Helping people with their home transitions with compassion, experience and real estate acumen with a respect for their needs and goals is a hallmark of her work.

With thirteen years in fast-paced Seattle and seven in Thurston County’s growing urban and rural markets, Tonya leverages in-depth Western Washington experience. She strives to advance her profession, actively contributing to her Realtor chapter’s Education and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committees. Since moving to Olympia, Tonya has expanded her housing justice volunteer advocacy work.

When not selling real estate, Tonya enjoys exploring Washington’s natural beauty by foot, ski, or kayak. An enthusiastic singer, she is a board member of the Capital City Chorus. At home in Olympia with her husband Bill and daughter Linnea, Tonya also nurtures her green thumb in the garden and backyard wetland.
