Working primarily on referrals and repeat clients, Cara combines market statistics and intuitive empathy to achieve win-win outcomes. She embodies the client-centered yet data-driven approach of her CoHo teammates.

Based in West Seattle, Cara is deeply involved in local community building. Her nearly 2 decades of West Seattle Food Bank board service is currently paused while she focuses on real estate goals. Recently, her son Kayvon joined her brokerage as a licensed real estate agent and assistant, rounding out an incredible family team.

Outside of work, Cara and husband Ahmad love hosting lively get-togethers where friends, family, and neighbors gather for great food and, with luck, dancing into the wee hours.
